Returns

Our return policy lasts 45 days. If 46 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you cannot return it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; it must also be inside the original plastic interior bag and the retail package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as an email receipt.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

To Initiate A Return

1.   The product must be new, unused, and inside its original package including the interior plastic bag.

2.    Visit the Return/Exchange page and complete the Return/Exchange Form

3.    Upon receipt and review of your Return/Exchange Form, we will initiate the return process and email you a PDF of a prepaid U.S. Postal Service (USPS) label and instructions to package and return the item.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 45 days. If 46 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund to you.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification indicating that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then we will process it immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain number of days depending on and in accord with the policy of the method of your purchase (i.e., PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, etc.).  For example, if you used a credit card, the refund will go back to that credit card and you will see the refund on your next credit card statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If 10 days or more have passed and you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank or credit card account. If you have online banking, we suggest checking your online bank account or credit card company; the bank or credit card vendor may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.   If you’ve contacted your bank or credit card and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

Exchanges

If you bought the wrong size suitcase cover and want to return it for the right size; or, if you bought two or more sizes expecting one of them to fit right and want to return the one that does not fit, we are happy to help you return it to us.

We are also happy to replace a suitcase cover if you received it and it was defective or damaged in any way; however, we cannot help it if the retail box was damaged during shipping.  We strongly prefer not to exchange products because the retail box was damaged during shipping; although in rare cases we may oblige the request.

If you need to exchange a product for the same style or a different style, or a different size, you please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email (or mail) a gift certificate to you, whichever you prefer.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to his or her self to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

International Customers

If you live outside of the United States and you wish to return a product, please contact us via the Contact Us page.  

Since we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping service, and the flat-rate boxes are only available via USPS retail and online services, WE CANNOT PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING FOR RETURNS FROM COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE U.S. YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COST TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY PRODUCT.

Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes, and tariffs. Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may not be refunded the full amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your international shipping charges. We cannot refund duties, taxes, and tariffs if an item is returned. We cannot offer free returns on international orders.
